A self-described Antifa member has been arrested on federal charges after allegedly calling for violence against immigration officers and “doxxing” a pro-ICE individual, according to authorities.
Kyle Wagner, 37, of Minneapolis, faces cyberstalking and threatening communications charges following what prosecutors describe as a series of escalating threats against federal immigration officials in early 2026.
Threats Turn to Action
On January 8, Wagner allegedly posted a video with an ominous warning: “I’ve already bled for this city, I’ve already fought for this city, this is nothing new, we’re ready this time, ICE we’re f—ing coming for you.” In the days that followed, his rhetoric reportedly intensified, with posts advocating for assaulting agents and what he characterized as “kill or be killed” violence, according to court documents.
The situation took a more personal turn on January 29 when Wagner allegedly “doxxed” someone who supported ICE operations. Authorities say he posted the individual’s phone number, birth information, and address in Oak Park, Michigan. Wagner later admitted to doxxing the victim’s parents’ house as well, investigators claim.
“This man allegedly doxxed and called for the murder of law enforcement officers, encouraged bloodshed in the streets, and proudly claimed affiliation with the terrorist organization Antifa before going on the run,” said Attorney General Pamela Bondi in a statement.
Who is Kyle Wagner?
Beyond the charges, Wagner presents a complex profile. He’s described as a tattooed father (a “girl dad”) who has reportedly handed out gas masks to protesters. He’s also characterized himself as a “master-hate-baiter” based in Minneapolis.
The arrest comes amid heightened tensions surrounding immigration enforcement actions. Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche didn’t mince words in his assessment: “It’s no surprise that an Antifa terrorist is allegedly threatening to kill and assault federal law enforcement officers as they dutifully remove criminal threats from neighborhoods.”
The investigation was conducted by ICE Homeland Security Investigations as part of “Operation Take Back America,” a Department of Justice initiative targeting illegal immigration, cartels, and violent crime, officials say.
Is this an isolated case or part of a broader pattern? Law enforcement officials seem to believe the latter, positioning Wagner’s arrest within a larger framework of threats against federal agents.
U.S. Attorney Jerome F. Gorgon, Jr. added a biblical touch to his condemnation: “We know that a ‘worthless man plots evil, and his speech is like a scorching fire.’ And Wagner’s alleged actions were an attempt to spread fire into our peaceful community. That is not going to happen.”
If convicted, Wagner could face significant prison time, though specific sentencing guidelines weren’t immediately outlined in the Justice Department’s announcement.
